About Yummy Lovin’
Yummy Lovin’ is a baking blog by Matt Pritchard. It was launched in February, 2008, so it’s still a youngster by any measure. My goal for the first year is one original recipe per month. The recipes I share on this site are my own, although they are often inspired or informed by others. I try to give credit whenever possible. I tend toward classic recipes. I’m not much for high-concept food; the type that requires a physics degree to prepare or the suppression of one’s gag reflex to consume. If you have questions or feedback about any of my recipes, please post them in the comments, and I will try to respond promptly.

I’m a Bay Area native and—by most accounts—a really nice guy. I spent some number of years up in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley attending Oregon State University, where I learned all sorts of things about good beer and bad football. After college, I migrated back to the Bay Area, found a job in corporate America, and met a beautiful girl who had kickin’ curves and (thankfully) low standards. These days, I ply my trade as a Web Producer in the retail industry. I love photography, writing, baking, and anything that gets me outside. You can also find me at these places:
